Americans are justifiably alarmed by the disclosure that every family in America owes approximately $563,000.00 in debt to the government. The federal government debt now stands at almost $10 trillion dollars, with another $50 trillion dollars in unfunded future obligations. What does this fact portend for the future of American taxpayers? |

I have to admit, I too was swept up by all the fuss about Sarah Palin. After all, here is a conservative in the mold of Ronald Reagan! Here is a libertarian- leaning woman who would excite Republicans, take the Hillary vote, and draw John McCain to the right. Who wouldn't get excited about this? |

September 1, 2008 At the birth of our nation, the two primary political parties were the Whigs, and the Tories. The number of Political parties was not limited and exclusive then, and they should not be now. Yet, in every national election, media propagandists successfully convince American voters that the political well being of our country will remain sustainable only under the leadership of a Republican or Democratic candidate. This myopic notion is as false today, as it was when the Whigs and Tories dominated the political landscape. |
