La Raza RDF President was a featured speaker at RNC

Tom Espinoza, a featured speaker at the 2008 RINO Nationa Convention held recently in Minneapolis, is the President of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) Raza Development Fund (RDF).

La Raza's website states that the NCLR is "The largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States". The NCLR is a powerful ally and advocate of McCain's commitment to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants.

La Raza honored McCain in 1999 for his work on "civil rights, immigration, education, and other issue areas affecting Latinos":
